3. Scheduling & Property Access
Customers agree to allow Pet Waste Pros KY technicians access to the yard or designated service area on scheduled service days.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
• Gates are unlocked and accessible
• The yard is reasonably clear of obstacles
• Dogs are secured or friendly during service
If we are unable to access the yard due to locked gates, aggressive dogs, or other obstacles, the visit may be skipped and charged as a regular service visit.
4. Aggressive Dogs & Safety
For the safety of our technicians and your pets:
• Aggressive dogs must be secured prior to service
• Customers must notify us of any known hazards
• Technicians may refuse service if conditions are unsafe
Pet Waste Pros KY reserves the right to discontinue service if a property is deemed unsafe.
5. Initial Cleanup Policy
If a yard has not been cleaned recently, an initial cleanup fee may apply.
This is necessary when excessive waste has accumulated and the cleanup requires additional time.
Promotions such as Free Initial Cleanup with Regular Service may apply only when signing up for recurring service and may be discontinued at any time.
6. Service Frequency
Customers may choose from available service options including:
• Weekly service
• Bi-weekly service
• One-time cleanups
Weekly service is recommended to maintain a consistently clean yard.
7. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the time of booking or according to the selected billing schedule.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Waste accumulation caused by prolonged snow coverage may require additional cleanup time once snow melts.
12. Yard Conditions
Customers are responsible for maintaining reasonably safe yard conditions.
Technicians are not responsible for:
• Hidden hazards in the yard
• Sharp objects or debris
• Damage caused by unsafe property conditions
If excessive debris, tall grass, or other hazards prevent proper cleanup, service may be postponed.
13. Waste Disposal
Collected pet waste will be disposed of properly according to local guidelines. Disposal methods may include removal from the property or bagging in the customer’s designated waste container.
14. Limitation of Liability
Pet Waste Pros KY is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing yard conditions
• Property damage caused by pets
• Hidden hazards on the property
• Injuries resulting from unsafe conditions
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent service visit.
15. Website Use
